Latest Vero SME Index to outline trends, opportunities

The latest annual Vero SME Insurance Index report will be released this afternoon, highlighting emerging trends and opportunities for brokers.
The research, now in its 12th year, provides insights into the attitudes of Australian businesses, from small to large. This year’s survey included 1500 SMEs and 250 large enterprises.
About 2400 participants registered to attend a webinar on the results, a record number for the event.
Key issues examined in the report include how the economy affects insurance decision-making, the claims experience and broker use, satisfaction and trust.
BrandMatters Director Brand Strategy Kylie McNamara will present the findings, and a panel discussion will include Vero Intermediaries Engagement Manager Beverley Bradley, Resilium Insurance Broking MD Ben Hastie, and Marsh Australia Head of Authorized Representatives Adrian Johns.
