Software giant Oracle (New York Stock Exchange: ORCL) said third-quarter revenue increased by 18%. As a result, adjusted earnings increased significantly.
Third-quarter 2023 revenues were $12.4 billion, an increase of 18% year-over-year. Cloud services and license support revenue increased 17%.
Adjusted earnings increased to $1.22 per share in the most recent quarter from $1.13 a year ago. Net income, including one-time items, was $1.9 billion, or $0.68 per share, compared with $2.32 billion, or $0.84 per share, last year.

“We are working with the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, hospital groups in 12 U.S. states, multiple hospitals in the U.K., multiple provinces in Canada,” said Oracle CTO Larry Ellison.
