Police are appealing for witnesses in an ongoing sexual assault investigation in Toronto.
Toronto police said around 3 a.m. Feb. 25 the suspect stopped his vehicle in the area of Danforth and Greenwood avenues. .
Police said the suspect allegedly offered to drive the victim home and they got into their vehicle.

Officers said the suspect then went to a dead end street in the area of Felstead and Lamb avenues and sexually assaulted the victim.
Police say the sexual assault was interrupted when a black sedan drove into the street.
“The suspect was surprised and the victim exited the suspect’s vehicle,” police said in a statement. “The suspect then fled in his vehicle, after driving up a curb.”
Police are now seeking to speak to the driver of the black sedan and any other witnesses or victims.
Officers said the suspect was a man in his twenties, of thin build. He was seen wearing dark clothes.
According to police, the suspect was driving a light-colored four-door sedan.
“The car is believed to be a silver 2011-2014 Hyundai Sonata with a sunroof,” police said.
Police are looking to identify the driver of a vehicle wanted in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

Police have now released photos of the suspect vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police or Crime Stoppers.
